Planned maintenance and training
With an experienced and well-trained Installation Team, Orange County are equipped in providing Planned Maintenance and Training services on all supplied equipment and clients associated equipment.
Orange County are Manufacturer Trained on all Key Supplier equipment and are trained as trainers by these manufacturers, so information can be passed on when training to clients and their installers.
Yearly visits are conducted to Test, Service and Re-Commission either single or multiple Leak Detector units.
The visit involves end to end testing of the complete system monitored which can include double skin tanks, double wall pipework and liquid sensor probes. Annual planned maintenance by Orange County ensures that a double wall system remains Monitored I Safe I Contained.
Training course delivered to give an appreciation of working with Brugg Flexwell Pipesystems including ground installation, fitting of end connectors, testing and commissioning of a flexible stainless steel safety pipe.
Typical installations can be carried out within one day on a live site.
Yearly visits are conducted to test, service and re-commission either single or multiple pressure and vacuum relief vents. Each visit involves isolation and testing of the valves which protect large tanks, anaerobic digesters or gas holders. Annual planned maintenance by Orange County ensures that a system remains operating safely as designed for years to come.
