In addition to the supply and installation of world-leading, double-wall safety pipework and associated products, Orange County UK has become a respected name for commissioning and full turnkey system installations including; pump sets, manifold cabinets, fill points, monitoring systems, pipework and storage tanks. Detailed below are some of the installation solutions we have supplied for our customers:
Two 80,000 litre fuel tanks were supplied and installed along with all underground pipework connecting the tanks to the energy centre services and fill point.
The tanks had to be strapped exactly in position with millimetre accuracy between extensive piling on the site, also due to being buried permanently in concrete. The same also applied to all underground pipework, having to avoid all underground services including the piling and to pop-up out of the ground at exactly the correct position to align with the building, fill point and plant connections.
Fuel supplies to 14 Engine Test Cells, fuel distribution and fuel conditioning systems.
Orange County was contracted to replace all fuel supplied to 14 separate engine test cells / usage areas, the installation project involved everything from cleaning out fuel tanks, to installing pipe containment, manifolds, a duplex pumpset and electrical / control equipment. The total project was completed to the client’s entire satisfaction and awarded a commendation for environmental protection by the clients group.
Fuel supplies, fuel conditioning and distribution system for two boilers, two steam generators and one emergency generator.
Orange County was contracted to replace all fuel distribution and supplies to two Boilers, two steam generators and one emergency generator. The installation project involved a turnkey solution involving everything from fuel tanks, to installing pipe containment, manifolds, a duplex pumpset and electrical / control equipment. The total project was completed on time and to budget.
340 metres of high efficiency BIOFLEX 316 stainless steel heat exchanger pipe was installed in two days in a large anaerobic digester.
The unique construction of Bioflex gives many advantages when installed in anaerobic digesters, one of which is that no joints are required inside the digester, meaning that potential leak paths are negated and the installation is very quick.
A new duplex pumpset and controls were designed, manufactured and installed at a major hospital energy centre.
The fuelling system is supplying both boilers and diesel generators from two buried 80,000 litre fuel tanks supplied and installed by Orange County on a previous phase of the project.
