Pre-insulated flow and return pipework was recently installed at a large biomass digester, a single outer pipe contains both flow and return pipes encased in a very high efficiency insulation layer. Calpex Duo contains 2 x DN50 NB core pipes inside an insulated jacket with a 180mm outer PE casing, ensuring a very low heat loss and large plant efficiency gains with a very quick installation time.
